In Vitro Diagnosis (IVD), as opposed to in vivo diagnosis, refers to products and services that obtain clinical diagnostic information by testing human samples (such as blood, body fluids, and tissues) outside the human body, thereby determining diseases or bodily functions. The testing process requires corresponding instruments and reagents, which together constitute an in vitro diagnostic system.

The IVD industry is specifically divided into five segments: biochemical diagnosis, immunoassay, hematology testing, molecular diagnosis, and POCT.

The reagent chamber of a biochemical analyzer typically includes a refrigeration compartment, semiconductor refrigeration modules, a temperature control system, etc. During sampling and analysis, chemiluminescence equipment draws a certain amount of reagent from the reagent bottles in the reagent chamber.

To ensure the safety of the reagents in the chamber, the temperature must reach and be maintained between 2°C and 8°C within 30 minutes of startup, achieved through the cooling provided by the semiconductor refrigeration modules and the control of the temperature control system. Currently, in the temperature control systems for biochemical reagent chambers, the semiconductor refrigeration modules designed by Huajing Temperature Control primarily utilize air cooling and liquid cooling, with liquid cooling offering higher refrigeration efficiency.
