The maximum current (Imax) refers to the current value when the temperature difference ΔT reaches its maximum (ΔTmax), under the conditions of a constant hot-side temperature (Th) and zero heat load (Qc = 0).

II. Maximum Voltage (Umax)

The maximum voltage (Umax) refers to the voltage value when the temperature difference ΔT reaches its maximum (ΔTmax), under the conditions of a constant hot-side temperature (Th) and zero heat load (Qc = 0).

III. Maximum Temperature Difference (ΔTmax)

The maximum temperature difference (ΔTmax) refers to the highest achievable temperature difference between the cold side and the hot side when the cold-side heat absorption is zero, under the conditions of a constant hot-side temperature and when the current I equals the maximum current (Imax).

IV. Maximum Heat Absorption Capacity (QCmax)

The maximum heat absorption capacity (QCmax) refers to the amount of heat that the cold side can absorb when the current I equals the maximum current (Imax), under the conditions of a constant hot-side temperature and a temperature difference ΔT = 0 between the cold and hot sides.
