I. PCR Thermal Cyclers
PCR is an in vitro DNA amplification technology. In the presence of template DNA, primers, and the four deoxynucleotides, it relies on the enzymatic synthesis reaction of DNA polymerase.
Through multiple cycles of a three-step process—"high-temperature denaturation, low-temperature annealing, and primer extension"—the target DNA fragment, flanked by complementary oligonucleotide primers, is exponentially amplified. This yields a large amount of the specific gene fragment required within a short time. Its general temperature control profile is shown in the diagram below.

The PCR instrument is used for gene amplification, with temperature control being its most critical component. The core of temperature control is the semiconductor thermoelectric (Peltier) module responsible for heating and cooling.
The PCR cooling modules designed by Huajing Temperature Control utilize the most reliable PCR-dedicated semiconductor chips from manufacturers like Marlow, Yamaha, and Fulianjing, supporting up to 1 million reliable cycles.

The heat sinks in Huajing's module designs employ either aluminum extrusion heat sinks or high-efficiency heat pipe heat sinks.
This aims to address common shortcomings in existing thermal cycler modules, such as edge effects, poor temperature uniformity, insufficient heat dissipation, and excessive weight that hinders portability.
