A fully automated biochemical immunoassay assembly line system includes a specimen pre-processing system, an offline sample aliquoting system, a biochemical immunoassay detection system, and a high-capacity specimen storage system.

 

During the operation of the assembly line, staff only need to place tubes containing blood or urine samples with barcodes onto the conveyor. Robotic arms will automatically pick up the tubes, scan the barcodes one by one, and transport the tubes via tracks to various testing instruments for automated sample analysis.

 

The entire process—from sample identification, transfer, and categorization by test items, to sampling, detection, automatic post-analysis storage of specimens, automated analysis of test results, report generation and transmission, automatic alerts for abnormal results, and real-time querying of test outcomes—is fully automated and networked.In the fully automated biochemical immunoassay assembly line, both biochemical reactions and enzyme-labeled substances require stable temperature conditions.

 

When temperatures are too high, enzyme activity decreases, leading to reduced catalytic efficiency and slower reaction rates.
