1. Application of Huajing Temperature Control Products in Medical & Aesthetic Devices

 

1.1 Immunoassay Detection Instruments

The product is mainly applied to the reagent chamber of fully automated chemiluminescence analyzers, providing a stable temperature environment of 2~8°C for internal reagents. Equipped with electric heating films, it realizes accurate and stable constant temperature control for incubation plates, ensuring consistent reagent incubation effects and improving detection accuracy.

 

1.2 POCT Immunoanalyzers

A dedicated constant temperature module is developed by Huajing Temperature Control for POCT immunoanalyzer scenarios. The module features a multi-channel fast reagent slot structure, achieving high-precision temperature control with a temperature accuracy of ±0.1°C and channel temperature uniformity of ±0.3°C. It supports rapid and stable constant temperature detection of multiple groups of reagents and adapts to efficient on-site detection requirements of POCT equipment.

 

1.3 PCR Amplifiers

PCR amplifier is a core device for gene amplification, and temperature control technology is the key to its operation performance. The thermoelectric cooler, which undertakes the rapid temperature rise and fall of the instrument, is the core component of the PCR temperature control system. High reliability and long cycle life are the core indicators of supporting PCR instrument operation. Huajing provides high-stability and multi-cycle temperature control cooling solutions to ensure accurate and repeatable gene amplification experiments.

 

1.4 Hematology Analyzers

We provide customized integrated temperature control devices for hematology analyzers and their reaction tanks, including supporting reaction chambers, heating components and complete temperature control schemes. The system stably maintains the reagent reaction within a fixed constant temperature range, avoids detection errors caused by temperature fluctuation, and effectively improves the accuracy and stability of blood cell analysis results.

 

1.5 Medical Test Benches

Adopting mature vapor-compression refrigeration technology, our temperature control products are widely used in biological tissue freezing benches and embedding machines for medical experiments. The equipment can reach a minimum working temperature of -35°C, meeting the low-temperature freezing and processing requirements of biological tissue samples in medical experimental scenarios.

 

1.6 Laser Hair Removal and Skin Rejuvenation Devices

The cooling module is applied to the internal cooling system of laser aesthetic equipment such as laser hair removal devices and skin rejuvenation devices. It continuously cools the laser transmitter to eliminate performance deviation caused by equipment overheating, ensure the laser output with stable wavelength and energy, and guarantee the safety and effectiveness of aesthetic treatment.

 

2. Relevant Parameters and Hardware Description of Thermoelectric Coolers

The thermoelectric cooler is the core hardware component of the intelligent temperature control cooling module. Selecting a matching thermoelectric cooler is crucial to the overall performance of the temperature control system. The key performance parameters of thermoelectric coolers are explained in detail as follows:

 

2.1 Maximum Temperature Difference Voltage

It refers to the rated operating voltage (V) when the thermoelectric cooler reaches the maximum temperature difference. When the actual applied voltage is higher or lower than this rated value, the maximum temperature difference performance of the device will be reduced. In actual industrial application, 80% of the maximum temperature difference voltage is usually adopted as the stable working voltage to balance equipment performance and service life.

 

2.2 Maximum Temperature Difference Current

It refers to the rated operating current (A) under the maximum temperature difference voltage when the temperature of the hot side and cold side of the thermoelectric cooler is both 27°C (temperature difference ΔT=0). In actual operation, the working current will decrease correspondingly with the increase of temperature difference and the rise of hot-side temperature, which is an important basis for equipment power matching.

 

2.3 Maximum Cooling Capacity at Zero Temperature Difference

It represents the maximum cooling power (W) of the thermoelectric cooler when the temperature difference ΔT=0°C and the hot-side temperature Th=30°C. In conventional engineering calculation, the effective cooling capacity is about 60% of the total power consumption. In addition, the cooling capacity can be quickly estimated by the empirical formula: Number of thermocouple pairs × Maximum temperature difference current × 0.07.

 

2.4 Geometric Dimensions

In terms of shape and size, square thermoelectric coolers cover a size range from 6.2×6.2mm to 62×62mm. Special-shaped products such as annular and strip-shaped thermoelectric coolers are also available for customized scenario requirements. The thickness of conventional products ranges from 2.4mm to 6mm. It is worth noting that thermoelectric coolers with different rated voltages and currents have corresponding minimum dimensional restrictions to ensure structural stability and working performance.
